London’s Soho is a haven for food lovers. From lively street food joints to elegant bistros, there’s no shortage of lunch options. But for those seeking something a little more special — refined, innovative, and still great value — SOLA’s tasting menu lunch is a standout choice. With its Michelin star and Californian-inspired cuisine, SOLA has established itself as one of the top destinations for discerning diners, and its lunch offering delivers one of the best lunch deals in Soho.
While fine dining often comes with an expectation of formality and a hefty bill, SOLA bucks that trend with a tasting menu lunch. This allows guests to enjoy Michelin-level cooking in a relaxed setting, right in the heart of Soho — without needing to commit to a lengthy or overly extravagant evening service.
From the moment you walk through the door, SOLA’s dining room offers a calm, intimate atmosphere. The space is minimalist yet warm, with subtle Californian charm and attentive but friendly service. It’s the kind of place where every detail has been carefully thought out — and that includes the food.
SOLA’s lunch menu takes diners on a carefully curated journey of flavours, textures, and techniques. The dishes are inventive, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavour. From clever starters like the devilled egg — a long-standing favourite — to elegant mains such as olive-fed Wagyu or langoustine hot pot, each course reflects the restaurant’s focus on seasonal ingredients and culinary storytelling.
Other highlights include:
And to finish? A set of mignardises that seal the experience with just the right touch of indulgence.
SOLA’s lunch menu includes some course variations, allowing diners to customise parts of their experience — such as choosing between poke or hot pot or opting for the Wagyu beef instead of sablefish.
For those who enjoy pairing their food with the perfect drink, SOLA offers:
Each is designed to complement the tasting journey, with wines (and non-alcoholic alternatives) chosen for their balance, complexity, and harmony with the menu’s flavours. The wine list itself leans toward North American producers, particularly from California — a nod to the restaurant’s culinary roots.
SOLA’s lunch is ideal for those looking to elevate a weekday meal or impress a colleague or client. Whether you’re celebrating, entertaining, or just treating yourself, SOLA’s lunch is an opportunity to enjoy fine dining at a more accessible pace and price.
In Soho, where trendy cafés and quick bites are everywhere, SOLA offers something rare: a lunch that’s creative, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, yet not out of reach. For anyone looking for great lunch deals in Soho that don’t compromise on quality or service, SOLA delivers.
